Helmut Veith Stipend Ceremony Award
The Helmut Veith Stipend is dedicated to the memory of an outstanding computer scientist who worked in the fields of logic in computer science, computer-aided verification, software engineering, and computer security. The stipend is awarded annually to excellent female master’s students.
The first recipient of the Helmut Veith stipend is Mariëlle Rietdijk, and the stipend will be presented to her on the
14th of March 2017 at 5:30 pm
in the Kuppelsaal of TU Wien.
The presentation of the award will be followed by a panel discussion on the topic “More female students in Computer Science. Who cares?”
