ABSTRACT
In the recent years, several approaches for introducing evaluable, non-Herbrand functions in Answer Set Programming have been proposed. In this talk we overview their different behaviours and features regarding their potential use, pointing out possible advantages and disadvantages together with future open topics and challenges.
